The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oo77 platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts for betting or account management.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions by creating multiple accounts.
• Using another member's account or allowing others to access your account.
• Betting on match-fixing or using insider information.
• Any form of fraudulent activity or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing or threatening other members or oo77 staff.

Oo77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• If a self-exclusion request is activated at the member's own request.
• To comply with legal obligations or regulatory requirements.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing an account, members will be given the opportunity to withdraw their available balance, unless the closure is due to prohibited activity.

For inactive accounts, oo77 may deduct a monthly maintenance fee. Members will be notified in advance by email.

Oo77 is an entertainment platform. oo77 is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting or gaming. Members are solely responsible for their own decisions.

Oo77 is not liable for compensation under the following circumstances:

• Bets or games missed due to internet disruptions or technical issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• Account information exposed due to the member's own negligence or error.
• Unplanned server downtime or scheduled maintenance periods.

That said, oo77 always strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime and resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible.

Oo77 follows a detailed privacy policy governing the collection, storage, and use of members' personal information. The privacy policy carries equal importance alongside these terms and conditions.
